Our Story

We were founded by Aaron Marcum, a home care agency owner in Utah who recognized the need for a survey solution built for home care agencies—a solution that didn’t exist. Aaron sold his agency and founded Home Care Pulse to solve the problem.

Home Care Pulse grew quickly as Aaron become one of the most trusted thought leaders in the home care industry. While our surveys were built on (and still use) phone surveys conducted by real people, we’ve added a suite of software solutions encompassing experience management, healthcare training, and reputation management.

In recent years, our growth has accelerated. Since 2018 we’ve tripled our full-time headcount, received multiple rounds of private-equity funding, and completed multiple mergers and acquisitions. We were the first training vendor to distribute free COVID-19 training to home caregivers, and we’ve been grateful for the chance to play a major role in helping healthcare providers keep people safe and healthy during the pandemic.

What’s next on the horizon? A lot. We’re forecasting triple-digit growth over the next few years, and we’re on track to do it. With a variety of new challenges facing the healthcare sector and the home care industry specifically, our solutions are more relevant than ever.
